Some of our La Belle Amie Vineyard wines are produced from the muscadine grapes grown right here on the property, while others are made from grapes in small vineyards in the southern United States. We strive to bring you wines that are unique and enjoyable. So, when you visit us make sure you stockpile your favorite wine to last until your next trip to La Belle Amie Vineyard!

    Our philosophy regarding wine is quite simple--wine should be enjoyed. And anything goes! If you enjoy your red wines chilled and your white wines at room temperature then that is how you should consume them. We are well aware that each person's palate is as unique as the tongue & nose tasting the wine. And the "best wine in the world" to one person may not at all be preferred or even liked by the next. We respect you as the best judge of what is or is not a "good" tasting wine to you, as well as how you should enjoy it. This is why we offer a wide range of wine varietals and styles---from very dry to very sweet.

White Wines

Queen Of Fun -    Available.

Light body, good fruit. Pleasing to the senses. Enjoy by itself or with food. (White Chenin Blanc)

"Classy Lady"  Chardonnay    Available.

Similar to our regular Chardonnay, but fermented on oak. Only a few cases remaining. Easy to drink and a good dinner wine. (White wine)

Premium White    Sorry, Out.

Full-bodied, complex white blend. Great with spicy foods and shellfish. Different. (White wine)

  "I Want It All"      Sorry, Out.

Smoky, oakey white wine. Touch of sweetness... Lovers of pinot grigio will like this wine. (White wine)

  "Its A Girl Thing"    Available August 2012.

Premium light bodied white from the sauvignon blanc grape. Crisp with a subtle citric finish. One of our favorites.

Red Wines

"Pick Me, Pick Me" -      Available.

Dry light red wine with subtle fruit aromas. Enjoyed by both red wine and white wine loers.

Pinot Noir    . Available August 2012.

Very nice red. It gets better over time. Medium body, wonderful balance.

Cabernet -  "Heavenly Body"    Available.

Full-bodied, 100% cabernet grape. Smoothe, with lots of fruit aroma and flavor. (Red wine)

Merlot -    "Poor Bastard"     Available.

A medium-bodied, fruity red wine. Great with steaks, pasta, or by itself.

Merlot -  "You Had Me At Merlot"    Sorry, Out.

Merlot with a touch of cabernet. Good with steaks, cheeses, chocolate. . .(Red wine)

"One Lucky Guy" -  "Cab Franc"     Available May 2012.

Premium, light-bodied. Good nose and smooth finish. Great red dinner wine.

Semi-Dry Wines

White Merlot -  "Angel Of The Morning"    Available.

Fruity, yet subtle. Oh so easy to drink as a cocktail or as a light dinner wine.

Riesling - Golden Girl   Sorry Out.

Simply wonderful. Smooth and easy on the palate...fun to drink!
